Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario | Psychoanalytic Business Coach
My task as a psychotherapist is to help people find balance, understand themselves, their emotions, and their internal and external conflicts better. Psychotherapy helps to regain inner consent with oneself, clarify the perspectives in relationships with yourself, with your children (young and adult), parents, partners, and colleagues, employers or employees, etc.
I provide therapy and assessment to adults. I practice personal psychotherapy, parenting psychotherapy, elderly psychotherapy, and business coaching.
I use the methods of the humanistic approach (or client-centred approach) to psychology, existential psychotherapy, the principles of a psychodynamic approach in psychotherapy and business consulting – to help people address challenges and to use their strengths.
I create a safe space in which you will feel heard, not judged. I do not evaluate words, deeds, feelings, even the most unacceptable from the generally accepted point of view. I listen carefully, ask questions, seek, and support dialogue. I give no advice, but I propose strategies to understand what is happening, to cope with the situation, and to make independent decisions.
